MEET THE TEAM

Due to the continued expansion of MM Hire Ltd, the decision was taken during the summer of 2012 to make available a number of official Marquee Hire Network areas within the East Midlands to members of staff who previously worked at Head Office. In October 2012 Mini Marquee Hire East Midlands Ltd was formed.

“When the opportunity arose to join my colleagues and set up Mini Marquee Hire East Midlands Ltd I jumped at the chance of an exciting new challenge. The thought of taking an area on by myself was not really a viable option for me due to the commitments within my current primary role as Production Supervisor at Mini-Marquees Ltd. During the summer months my workload is such that with the current company structure spare time is a luxury I simply don’t have. However with 4 people working together to cover our areas the workload can be distributed accordingly to ensure the bookings can be carried out without disruption to our current jobs, giving the flexibility that being part of the Marquee Hire Network allows.

As a single father to 2 boys this is ideal as I am still able to maintain the valuable time needed as a family. Hopefully in the future the boys will be able to take over the reigns and provide themselves with a stable future during these very challenging and difficult economic times.
